Then I broke my left elbow 3 years ago, and I could not floss! One day I had something stuck in my teeth and I was desperate. I went to Walmart and found these little disposable flossers in a plastic bag. Now I really enjoy flossing with them. I keep them in my car, office, next to the tv, etc.
These things have been a flossing blessing! ;)Bristolvolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06176684422419228152noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2795313202070429109.post-78813816121668985932010-03-30T13:49:26.051-07:002010-03-30T13:49:26.051-07:00-woot-... very good. Any idea how long it's been since I was at the dentist? Me either.

Lucky for me, my teeth and gums have always been in great shape. I use a regular toothbrush twice a day and floss once in a while... and i imagine it will catch up with me, one of these days, but it feels like I have so much to work on already!

That said, you are so right about needing to be at the point where you say, "I am going to do whatever it takes to fix this because i don't want to deal with these consequences any more." I reached that place almost three years ago, and have since then done a lot of stretching, a lot of pushing, a lot of hard work... and it's paying off.Shenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16635993168913490929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2795313202070429109.post-21911891011427620912010-03-30T08:24:03.186-07:002010-03-30T08:24:03.186-07:00Wow!
